The UFC's most recognizable ring girl is making waves again, and this time it's not just inside the Octagon. Red Dela Cruz, the trailblazing Filipina Octagon Girl, has sent fans into a frenzy with a sizzling red swimsuit photo shared from her Hawaiian getaway.
Dela Cruz, who made history as the first Filipina Octagon Girl in UFC history, is currently in Edmonton for this weekend's UFC Fight Night. But before the action kicks off, she treated her 451,000 Instagram followers to a series of vacation snapshots that have everyone talking.
In the viral post, Dela Cruz rocks a vibrant red swimsuit that perfectly complements her glowing complexion. The comments section quickly filled with praise, including a shoutout from fellow UFC ring girl Chrissy Blair, who wrote, "You rock a Cowboy hat." Others chimed in with simple but enthusiastic reactions like "Glowing" and "My goodness."
This isn't the first time Dela Cruz has captured attention beyond the cage. She was among the select Octagon girls invited to the White House for the UFC's Freedom 250 event, a testament to her rising star power in the MMA world.
Dela Cruz's journey to UFC stardom began with the UFC Octagon Girl Search, where she impressed judges and fans alike to earn her spot. Since then, she's become a fan favorite, known for her charismatic presence and undeniable style.
Her latest post has drawn comparisons to other athletes and personalities who've recently made headlines with bold swimsuit looks, such as Sol Ruca's daring Hawaii stunt and Maxxine Dupri's sizzling snap. It's clear that Dela Cruz is in good company when it comes to turning up the heat.
As Saturday night approaches, all eyes will be on Edmonton's Rogers Place, where the UFC Fight Night card is headlined by a welterweight clash between Joaquin Buckley and Mike Malott. But for many fans, Dela Cruz's presence at cage side will be just as exciting as the fights themselves.
Given her track record, it wouldn't be surprising if Dela Cruz goes viral once again this weekend. Whether she's in the Octagon or on a beach, she knows how to make a statement.
For now, fans can enjoy the red-hot photos and speculate what she'll wear next. One thing's for sure: Red Dela Cruz is a name that won't be forgotten anytime soon.
