Summer just got a whole lot hotter, thanks to former Fox Sports star Joy Taylor. The TV personality, who left FS1 earlier this year, set Instagram ablaze Wednesday night with a series of stunning swimsuit photos that had fans losing their cool.
Taylor, known for her sharp takes on Undisputed and Speak, traded the studio for some rays, showing off her summer vibe. By the time her contract ended, Fox Sports chose not to renew. Reflecting on her departure, Taylor said, “It doesn’t feel like work when you’re doing something that you actually enjoy. I think what happened to me this year took that away from me.” She added, “I don’t know if I’ll get that back.”

Despite leaving the network, Taylor hasn’t stepped away from the game. She continues to weigh in on hot-button issues. Recently, she defended the WNBA’s suspension of Toronto Tempo coach Sandy Brondello, who called Angel Reese a “protected species.” Taylor backed the league’s decision, saying, “I think the suspension was fair. I think the conversations, the language that’s being used, and the appreciation for black women in the sport who have built the W to what it is really needs to have a lot more attention paid to it.”
She also highlighted a glaring issue: “The W is becoming very politicized, and I do think that it’s time to have some real conversations about inclusivity. Obviously, there are no black female coaches in the W right now, which is really a problem.” Her support for the WNBA's decision shows she’s still engaged in the conversation.
