Bianca Peters may have stepped away from the anchor desk, but she’s still commanding attention – this time with a series of stunning swimsuit photos from her Italian getaway.

The former Fox 5 co-host, who spent over six years anchoring “The Noon” and “The 6 O’Clock News,” has been enjoying a well-deserved break since leaving the network this spring. Her recent Instagram posts from Italy have fans buzzing, with one admirer commenting, “Always classy always stunning,” while another gushed, “Love this era for you.”

Severe Thunderstorm Watch: 65 mph Winds Target Georgia, Carolinas
Parts of Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina are under a severe thunderstorm watch until 9 p.m. ET, with threats of 65 mph winds, hail, and frequent lightning.

Peters’ departure from Fox 5 in late spring marked the end of a 12-year broadcasting journey that began unexpectedly in Medford, Oregon. In a heartfelt Instagram post, she reflected on her unconventional path: “I never planned to be on TV. I didn’t go to journalism school. I didn’t study broadcasting. I just needed a job — and somehow that job started in Medford, Oregon and ended 12 years later on a Friday morning in New York City.”

She credited her success to staying true to herself, writing, “No one ever told me how to do this so I just did it as myself. And I think that’s what I’m most proud of — that through all of it I never fully fit into the box of what local news is supposed to look like. Coloring outside the lines has always just been in my DNA.”

Peters also expressed deep gratitude for her time at Fox 5, particularly for her co-anchor Rosanna Scotto. “Getting to call Rosanna Scotto my co-anchor is a sentence I will never get tired of saying because she is someone undeniably herself, genuinely gracious, and real every single day. Not everyone gets that lucky.”

Since leaving the anchor chair, Peters has been living her best life, traveling the world and attending major sporting events like Wimbledon and the World Cup. Her Italy trip, which included those now-viral swimsuit photos, has been a highlight for her fans.

Now, Peters is diving into the content creation space, promising her followers a more personal look at her life. “Finally making time for the things I actually love — consider this your weekly invitation to sit down, pour a glass, and talk about everything and nothing with me,” she wrote. “Wine, opinions, and zero filter.”

It’s clear that Peters is embracing this new chapter with the same energy and authenticity that made her a fan favorite. Whether she’s posting swimsuit snaps that rival NASCAR stars or sharing her unfiltered thoughts, she’s proving that her time in the spotlight is far from over.

As she continues to explore her passions, one thing is certain: Bianca Peters is writing her own story, and her fans are eager to follow along.
