Ella Ailiff, the girlfriend of San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa, is making waves online with her latest beachside photoshoot. Ailiff, the founder of Bella Blue Matcha, a brand that sells ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from Wazuka, Japan, is no stranger to the spotlight. But this particular post has her trending for a whole different reason—her stunning appearance in the water.

In a recent interview, Bosa provided an update on his rehab, noting that the surgery also addressed a lingering issue from his high school days.
"I had a little tendinitis from my high school ACL, and he cleaned that up while he [fixed] my ACL. That's gone. So it's like an improvement. So once I'm through this rehab, I feel like my right knee—because that was kind of a chronic issue that I had a little bit, and he cleaned that up in my quad tendon and that hasn't been an issue at all—could feel better when I'm done with this recovery," Bosa said, via Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated.
The 49ers and their fans are hopeful that Bosa will return to full strength for the 2026 season, and with Ailiff by his side, he's got plenty of support. In the meantime, her social media presence continues to keep the spotlight on the couple, much to the delight of their followers.
