It wasn't just Lewis Hamilton who had a rough outing at the Singapore Grand Prix—his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, also found herself in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.

The reality TV mogul and businesswoman showed up to support Hamilton, 41, at the Marina Bay Street Circuit over the weekend. But her fashion choice—a sheer pink gown from Alaïa's spring 2024 collection—drew sharp criticism from style watchers, with The Daily Mail naming her the 'worst dressed' celebrity at the event.

Fatal Fall at Six Flags Over Georgia Leaves Park Visitors in Shock
A fatal accident at Six Flags Over Georgia's Goliath roller coaster has left visitors horrified and raised safety concerns. The park is cooperating with police investigation.

The publication didn't hold back, noting that while some attendees dazzled, others 'noticeably missed the fashion mark.' Kardashian's see-through ensemble left 'little to the imagination,' they wrote, as she arrived to cheer on the Ferrari driver.

Hamilton's day on the track was equally disappointing. The seven-time world champion finished sixth after a costly strategic error dropped him from a potential podium spot. Ignoring his team's call to pit, Hamilton was overtaken in the closing laps, falling from P3 to P6.

'Sorry, boys,' Hamilton said over the radio, per ESPN. 'I let you down today with that strategy. My call, and I lost us valuable points. I'll try and make up for it in the next one. Great job with the pit stop, though.'

Later, in a Ferrari statement, Hamilton elaborated on the misstep. 'Today wasn't the result we were looking for and it was on me,' he said. 'At a track that's difficult to overtake, you need to try something different and I chose to start on a new medium tyre, to go long and try to make a one-stop work. Unfortunately the medium didn't perform as well as the soft.'

He admitted missing the pit entry under the Virtual Safety Car and opting to stay out, which backfired as tyre degradation cost him three places. 'A painful lesson today, but I take full responsibility for the decisions I made,' Hamilton added. 'They put so much into every weekend, and I wanted to deliver more for them.'

As for Kardashian, she's no stranger to polarizing fashion moments. The criticism is unlikely to faze her—she's built a career on turning heads, whether on the red carpet or in the paddock. And while her outfit may have missed the mark for some, it certainly kept all eyes on her, even as Hamilton's race unraveled.

Hamilton will look to bounce back at the next race, while Kardashian's wardrobe choices will continue to be a topic of debate. For now, the couple's Singapore weekend will be remembered for both a fashion faux pas and a racing misstep.
