Christen Goff, the wife of Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff, is turning heads once again with her latest appearance in the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. The model and mom-to-be (now a mom!) has been a fixture in the iconic magazine since her debut in 2022, when she earned Co-Rookie of the Year honors. This year, she’s sharing a deeply personal journey: shooting while four months pregnant and, just six months after giving birth, posing for the newest edition.

“Sports Illustrated has been a lifetime goal of mine since I was a young girl,” Goff told the magazine. “For so many years, I hoped to get a casting in New York with SI but I never quite got there, so I decided SI Swim Search was the perfect way to take things into my own hands and go after my biggest dream.” She recalled rushing to the newsstand after school to grab a copy, reading it front to back “about 100 times like it was my job.” Her favorite cover? The 2011 issue with Irina Shayk, which she taped to her school binder so she could look at it every day.

On Tuesday, SI Swimsuit officially released the 2026 issue, and Goff shared a few of her favorite shots from the Fort Myers, Florida, shoot on social media. “Last year I shot 4 months pregnant and this year I was 6 months postpartum what an HONOR to be included in this magazine through so many special life moments,” she wrote. “I’ll treasure these forever.”

The response from her peers was immediate and effusive. Former LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne commented, “I’m obsessed.” Brittany Mahomes added, “I mean perfection.” And SI Swimsuit model Penny Lane wrote, “Sooooooo beautiful.”

This isn’t Goff’s only SI Swimsuit moment in 2026. She was also featured on the cover of the magazine’s February digital issue, sharing the spotlight with Haley Cavinder, Claire Kittle (wife of 49ers tight end George Kittle), Ronika Love, and Normani. “This [past] year has been such a transformative year for me,” Goff told SI Swimsuit. “Being pregnant and becoming a mother, I think I have such a newfound confidence. There was so much ahead of me, so much change ahead of me. And this year, I’m stepping in just feeling like I know all those answers to those questions I had last year.”

Goff’s journey is part of a broader trend of athletes’ wives and sports figures making waves in the swimsuit world. Just recently, Simone Biles turned heads with a bold blue swimsuit snapshot, and Joy Taylor also made a splash in a fiery red swimsuit during boat day. For Goff, the partnership with SI has become a cherished tradition, and fans are already expecting to see her in the 2027 edition.

At this point, it’s safe to say that Christen Goff has found her groove—both as a mother and as a model. And with the Lions’ quarterback husband cheering her on, the Goff household is having quite the year.
