Eleanor Pierce

Eleanor Pierce became obsessed with tennis as a teenager watching Serena Williams at the US Open, and she never looked back. After studying journalism at Northwestern, she worked her way onto the Wimbledon press credential list by age 26. In the years since, she has covered every Grand Slam, multiple WTA and ATP 1000 events, and several Davis and Billie Jean King Cup ties. Eleanor joined Sports Central News in 2021 to expand the site's tennis coverage, and her combination of technical knowledge and storytelling has made SCN one of the premier destinations for English-language tennis writing.
