Olympic gymnastics legend Simone Biles has revealed a terrifying ordeal that went down at her Chicago residence. In a recent TikTok, the 11-time Olympic medalist shared that her home was broken into by three intruders who made off with her high-end Porsche.

"Three men in masks came to our house and stole my Porsche. Stole the GTS," Biles recounted. The $200,000 vehicle was later recovered, but the experience has clearly left a mark. Biles admitted she's already purchased a new car, saying, "I feel like I need a new car because during our last few months in Chicago..."

Swimming Community Mourns Legendary Coach Frank Busch After Sudden Death
Legendary swimming coach Frank Busch, who led Arizona to NCAA titles and guided the 2016 U.S. Olympic team, has died at 75. Tributes pour in from Rowdy Gaines and others.

The break-in occurred while her husband, Jonathan Owens, was playing for the Chicago Bears. Owens, a veteran defensive back, has since moved on to the Indianapolis Colts. The couple has taken extra security measures, including getting a Dobermann as a guard dog.

Biles hinted that she might share more details in a future "story time" video, but the incident has also sparked reflection on her career. Known for her incredible achievements, Biles has been open about her thoughts on retirement. "Because I've accomplished so much, there's almost nothing left to do, rather than to just be snobby and to try again and for what?" she said. "I'm at a point in my career where I'm humble enough to know when to be done."

Despite those sentiments, Biles hasn't closed the door on a return. She recently told PEOPLE that she's been inspired by tennis legend Serena Williams, who made a comeback at 44. Biles plans to reach out to Williams for advice on a potential run at the 2028 Olympics. "If you go back, you'll be greedy. Those are the consequences. But that's also your decision to decide," she mused, weighing the sacrifices of training against starting a family and being away from her husband.

For now, Biles isn't ready to officially call herself a former athlete. The gymnastics icon's resilience extends beyond the mat, as she navigates this new challenge at home with the same determination that made her a legend.
