Paige Spiranac is once again at the center of a golf fashion debate, but she's not backing down. The golf influencer, who played college golf at the University of Arizona and San Diego State, recently shared a driving range session on TikTok that racked up a staggering 6.4 million views on Instagram. The outfit she wore? The same one that sparked a frenzy earlier this summer.

In the video, Spiranac can be seen practicing her swing while wearing a comfortable, athletic ensemble that prioritizes ease over traditional golf attire. She captioned the clip, “Come practice with me⛳️,” and the internet responded with overwhelming support.

Jon Rahm Walks Away From LIV Golf, Calling New Terms 'Unacceptable'
Jon Rahm is leaving LIV Golf for good. His lawyer says the new proposed terms are 'unacceptable,' making him the latest big name to exit the struggling league.

Fans flooded the comments with praise. “I see nothing but perfection here😎🔥,” one wrote. Another added, “Every golfer's dream🥰.” A third chimed in, “I could watch this all day. Good golf tips. ❤️.”

But Spiranac is no stranger to criticism about her on-course wardrobe. Golf has long been a sport steeped in tradition, and her relaxed style has occasionally ruffled feathers. Yet she remains steadfast in her philosophy: comfort always comes first.

“I was a gymnast before I switched into golf,” Spiranac told Sports Illustrated. “I was so comfortable wearing spandex and very little of it because that’s just what you wear when you’re wearing a leotard and you’re competing. When I switched into golf, we were struggling a little bit financially and so I didn’t have the luxury to go out and buy a whole new golf-appropriate wardrobe. So, I wore what was in my closet, which was workout clothes. That’s just how I learned to play the game.”

She added, “That was always my mindset when I got into golf, and it really rubs people the wrong way which is shocking. They’ll have really intense discussions over if they should wear shorts or pants or a blade collar or a real collar and I’m just out here just in tank tops or spandex and people are like ‘What are you doing?’ But I love it.”

Spiranac's stance has made her a polarizing figure in the golf world, but it's also earned her a massive following. Her willingness to challenge norms has sparked conversations about inclusivity and personal expression in the sport. She's also been vocal about defending her choices, as seen in her recent response to critics of her style.

As fall golf season arrives, players are embracing hoodies, sweaters, and other cozy layers. But Spiranac's approach remains refreshingly simple: wear what makes you feel good. Her latest viral moment is just another reminder that golf's dress code is evolving, and she's leading the charge.

For those who question her choices, Spiranac has a clear message: don't expect an apology. She's happy to keep doing things her way, on and off the course.
