The NFL offseason might be quiet, but Kay Adams knows how to make noise. A photo from her appearance at the YouTube Brandcast 2026 event in New York City has already racked up over 1.2 million views, and fans are loving what they see.
Adams, who rose to fame on NFL Network's "Good Morning Football" before launching her own show on FanDuel TV, wore a sleek black dress that had social media buzzing. Comments ranged from "She's elite" to "Kay Adams you have my heart," with another fan simply writing, "Okay Kay I see you."
It's no surprise the photo went viral—Adams has built a massive following thanks to her energetic personality and sharp analysis. She left NFL Network in 2022 after six years, explaining to Barrett Sports Media that she felt confident in her decision. "I knew that I didn't want to stay, and had an offer to stay. But I was like, 'Man, do I really want to do this for four more [years]? Is this the right time to leave?' And I very much feel great about when I left."
Now, Adams is already turning her attention to the 2026 season. On a recent episode of "Up & Adams," she singled out a matchup that has her intrigued: the Denver Broncos vs. the New England Patriots, scheduled for Jan. 3, 2027.
"Most intriguing matchups as we look forward to the schedule being released, I'm going to say, without question, it's Broncos at Pats," Adams said, via Broncos Wire. "Because, and this is without Jarett Stidham this time hopefully, no offense to him, of course, former Patriot … the AFC Championship game last year, this was the biggest 'what-if' this was the biggest unfinished business … we'll never know what would have happened if Bo Nix would have been out there."
Adams' ability to blend fashion and football keeps her a constant presence in the sports world. Her viral moment echoes other recent social media sensations, like Jenny Dell's vacation photo that sparked a meltdown among fans.
With the season still months away, Adams is already giving fans plenty to talk about—both on and off the field. Whether she's breaking down matchups or turning heads at events, she's proving that the NFL never really takes a break.
