WWE superstar Izzi Dame isn't waiting for her next televised match to steal the spotlight. The former Eastern Michigan volleyball standout turned the wrestling world upside down this week with a jaw-dropping swimsuit photo that sent social media into overdrive.
Dame, who signed with WWE in November 2022, has always brought an elite blend of athleticism and intensity to the ring. Her collegiate volleyball career was nothing short of stellar—she's one of just six players in Eastern Michigan history to surpass both 1,000 career kills and digs. That kind of versatility translates perfectly to the squared circle, where she's been making waves since day one.
Her WWE bio paints a picture of a fierce competitor: "A standout collegiate volleyball player, Dame brought elite athleticism, size, and intensity into the world of sports-entertainment. She began her journey under the sharp and strategic eye of Kiana James, learning the business with ruthless precision." But Dame quickly proved she wasn't content to stay in anyone's shadow. She shocked the NXT universe by aligning with Shawn Spears and The Culling, embracing a darker, more aggressive persona that has redefined what in-ring dominance looks like.
When she's not dismantling opponents in the ring, Dame is busy breaking the internet with her social media presence. Earlier this week, she posted a photo of herself rocking a tiny red top, and the WWE Universe collectively lost its mind. The comments section exploded with praise and demands for more.
"This fit is amazing," one fan gushed.
"Izzi needs to be on the main roster," another declared, a sentiment echoed by countless others who see her as the future of the women's division.
"Gorgeous," added a third, keeping it simple but heartfelt.
The viral moment adds to the growing list of athletes who've turned heads with their off-duty looks, much like the Laker Girl Kendall Madison's Malibu snapshot that had fans doing double takes. Dame's post, however, carries an extra layer of intrigue, as it fuels speculation about her trajectory in WWE.
So far, the highlight of Dame's wrestling career is capturing the NXT Women's North American Championship. It's a significant achievement, but many believe she's just getting started. With her combination of raw power, technical skill, and undeniable charisma, the sky's the limit.
Whether she'll translate this viral buzz into a main roster push remains to be seen. But if her social media game is any indication, Izzi Dame is a force to be reckoned with—both online and in the ring. Only time will tell if she has what it takes to become a WWE Women's Champion, but one thing's for sure: the WWE Universe is watching, and they're loving every second of it.
