For Indianna Carroll, the path to the NFL has been paved with grit, grace, and a whole lot of Aussie determination. The daughter of National Rugby League immortal Mark Carroll has officially punched her ticket to the biggest stage in American football, earning a coveted spot on the Las Vegas Raiders cheerleading squad for the 2026-27 season.

It's a moment that seemed almost impossible just a few years ago. Indianna, who spent the last decade cheering with the Manly Sea Eagles' Seabirds in Australia, battled through the debilitating pain of endometriosis to chase her American dream. Now, she's trading the shores of Sydney for the bright lights of Sin City.

Jenny Dell's Fans Go Wild Over Her Latest Swimsuit Snap from Florida Getaway
CBS sideline reporter Jenny Dell set Instagram ablaze with a swimsuit photo from a South Florida getaway, and fans can't get enough of the power couple.

“My wildest dream has come true and evidently I’m still trying to find words that feel big enough for this moment,” she wrote in an emotional social media post. “I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully express my gratitude for the unwavering belief and support everyone has shown me from day one. I wouldn’t be where I am today, or the resilient, determined little Aussie I’m so proud to be, without you all.”

Her journey wasn't without heartbreak. Last year, Indianna fell just short of making the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. But like any champion's kid, she refused to stay down. She regrouped, returned to tryouts, and this time, the Raiders saw exactly what she was made of.

Mark Carroll, one of the most feared forwards in NRL history, could barely contain his pride. In a heartfelt Instagram post, he wrote: “I couldn’t be prouder writing this about my beautiful daughter, Indianna. As a young child, her dream was always to cheer for an NFL side and I’m here to announce she has made the squad for the NFL Raiders.”

He went on to highlight the adversity she overcame: “As a young girl to be crippled with the most horrible disease, endometriosis. And now to be on the big stage of America NFL played on TV to millions and millions of people each game. Look out team. My Girl Indianna is about to blow you away Australian Style.”

Carroll also gave a shoutout to his wife Monique: “What a mother. Proud.”

The news has sparked an outpouring of support from fans and fellow cheerleaders alike. “You have hustled so much to get to where you are sis. You deserve it more than you can ever imagine,” one follower wrote. Another added: “There she is!!!! You shined so bright this whole week and I can’t wait for you to bring it onto the field!!”

Indianna's story is a testament to resilience—and a reminder that sometimes the biggest dreams come from the most unexpected places. While the NFL preseason kicks off in August, one thing is certain: the Raiders just got a whole lot more Australian flavor.
